German sinks and taps manufacturer Blanco is offering a 15% discount on Blanco display products to retailers whom complete its training modules.
The Blanco discount to retailers comes as the German sink and tap manufacturer launches its new e-training platform, meaning that the completion of the training modules needed to obtain the Blanco discount to retailers, can all be achieved online.
Blanco has stated that the e-training platform is thorough and as such will mirror the in-person training lessons that retailers can still experience at Blanco’s flagship UK experience centre in St Albans.
Giving Kbb retailers the choice to complete the training online or in-person is a positive step as some retailers whammy wish to stock Blanco, may not be able to spare the time to travel to the Blanco experience centre in St Albans.
Just as the intended outcome of the experience centre the e-training platform has been launched to help broaden retailers’ knowledge of Blanco’s products in addition to fostering confidence to the retailers sales people who sell Blanco products to the end consumers.
Brand Training Days and Open Houses Invaluable
Like many German Kbb brands Blanco's e-training and the experience centre help foster relationships between the Kbb retailer and the Kbb manufacturer, which filters through to the sales consultations that retailers have with their own clients, i.e. the homeowners and property developers.
By offering product learning, support and knowledge Blanco Kbb retailers feel more affinity to those Kbb manufacturers which in turn helps promote Blanco and others like it, amongst the plethora of Kbb brands that retailers can choose from.
The Germans have always been the best as fostering such relationships and the likes of Hacker, Schuller and Nobilia are some of the best in the market at this exact type of outreach and support as the Kitchens Kitchens team has been on plenty of Hacker, Schuller and Nobilia Open Houses over the years to see first hand, what the retailers get from them.
Blanco e-training
Blanco says that the new e-training programme includes seven modules that explore the benefits of key Blanco products including ts SILGRANIT sinks, drink systems, food waste disposers, mixer taps and Blanco’s UNIT product.
Blanco communication manager, Tamsin Mills, explained how the new e-platform was inspired by the rise in remote working. “While it’s still important to have face time with our trade customers, we’re also conscious to offer time-saving digital options”, she said.
“As part of this, we’re excited to launch our new e-learning platform, with the goal of offering yet another way for our partners to broaden their knowledge of the BLANCO brand and product range, and keep up to date with the latest product updates.”
