Nolte Kitchens has won a silver at the Architects Partner Awards at the 2014 edition of the event, which took place earlier in Cologne in May.
Nolte took the silver award in the Kitchen category, with Bulthaup winning gold and Poggenpohl taking bronze.
Nolte's win this year is a marked improvement from its position of sixth out of 39 companies at last year's 2013 awards, honouring the works of the previous year. Miele, who had come second last year, is now sharing a 10th place with Nobilia from a total of 53 companies who were listed in the Kitchen category for the 2014 awards, which covers 14 categories altogether.
Also noted in the Kitchen category was Boffie S.p.A in joint forth place along with Ikea and SieMatic, Alno in seventh place with Eggersmann and Leicht sharing 8th and Nobilia and Miele sharing the 10th spot.
“The award means a lot to us as it demonstrates the strength of the Nolte brand,” said Nolte CEO Eckhard Wefing. “Our success lies in our versatile product and excellent service, which is always guided by the requirements of our customers. Winning the Silver is proof that we are being valued as a reliable partner.”
