News has been released by Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) that two of their brands, namely Stoves and Belling have a new collection out.
The Stoves and Belling new collection is part of GDHA's plans to raise their profile in the UK Kbb market using their two British made appliance brands after several years of development for the collection.
It has to be said that although Stoves and Belling have a fairly robust reputation in the UK, that their profile is a way behind their market peers so we hope that the new collection can boost the UK Kbb market and perhaps even see some growth in non UK markets.
Louise Kearns, GDHA marketing activation manager spoke to trade magazine Kbb Review, and she had this to say to them: “We’re proud to introduce the new collection with brand-new technologies for the industry with a full targeted and coordinated campaign for the Stoves brand. Over the past few years, we’ve been taking stock – looking inwards, and reassessing everything to ensure the new products are the very best for the industry. The company also recognises that it’s time to invest in the brands, as well as in product development.
“During 2016 to 2018 our entire portfolio was replaced as part of phase one of our targeted and clear new product development strategy. Phase two is the new collection with two new and exciting technologies which were in development pre-pandemic and now we’re able to launch, following strategy planning and listening to what our customers want."
“We’ve been focused on evolving the brands and making sure the products are right for our customers new and old. We’re also going to be appealing to consumers through TV advertising, for the first time in a while.”
World First for Range Cookers -Zone-less Induction
Its quite a bold statement but then again its quite a bold product innovation to add zone-less induction to a range style cooker but nevertheless, Stoves have in fact added an induction hotplate to its Deluxe Range which allows the user to position their pots and pans anywhere on the induction hotplate, for increased flexibility.
Dubbed FreedomFLEX™ these zoneless induction hotplates are marketed to open up new opportunities for home cooks, allowing pots and pans of any shape or size to be used in conjunction with each other and are available with the Richmond Deluxe, Sterling Deluxe, and Precision Deluxe models.
