First up, Kitchen supplier PWS has used its Second Nature website as the launchpad for its new +Moodboard app, which allows consumers to create and share a digital scrapbook of kitchens, colours, accessories and materials.
Marketing manager for the Newton Aycliffe-based company Andrew Langford explains the reasons behind the app's launch: “We knew the idea of an online scrapbook was a good one following our research into the concept. The brief was to make it as easy and quick to use as possible and we think we've achieved that with +Moodboard.
“Many of our independent retailers are already giving advice beyond the kitchen, including making interior design recommendations across the whole home, so this is a great tool for the consumer to brief the retailer and for the retailer to show off their skills.”
Kitchen supplier PWS is the brand behind Metris, 1909 and Second Nature and this app, in addition to its continued levels of ongoing support for retailers is in stark contrast to other kbb manufacturers who have come in for much criticism of late and one which no doubt enders PWS to the independents retailers who partner with them.
