A new kitchen showroom and training centre opened last week following an £80,000 investment by German kitchens brand In-toto according to This is Leicestershire News.
In-toto was to launch a store in London Road, Oadby, Leicestershire LE2, showcasing contemporary German and traditional British kitchen designs, while doubling as a training centre for the company's 45 franchisees.
In-toto has been a kitchen manufacturer, retailer and franchise operator for 32 years.
Specialising in German kitchens and design, the company plans to expand its franchise network further.
Led by Derek Bell, of Market Harborough, who has over 25 years as a designer, installation manager and kitchen sales executive, the new 1,200sq ft store has created three jobs, with the potential for more.
An additional 1,500sq ft of space is available for expansion.
"In-toto Leicester completely breaks our franchise mould by being owned by the company rather than a franchisee," said Mr Bell.

National brand, local service
In-toto is a national network, owned by Europe's largest quality kitchen manufacturer, Alno/Wellmann, itself part owned by Whirlpool. However, each showroom is a franchise, managed by individual franchisee owners.
This means that you benefit from the credibility and scale of a leading, nationally recognised fitted kitchen brand in In-toto, but also enjoy the personal attention and unrivalled service of the owner of the business, who is as committed to quality as we are!
Each franchisee understands that the success of his or her own showroom depends on a local reputation built on satisfied customers.
